Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor may be required, at ODOT discretion to perform one or both types of Project Management and Related Services (“PM Services”) as cited below. The actual PM Services to be performed will be identified in the detailed Statement of Work included in the WOC. Perform Applications Development PM Services for the development work performed by the Contractor. Perform PM Services on ODOT’s behalf, which may include Project oversight and management where multiple vendors, agencies, or other entities are involved in the Project. The type of PM Services will be identified in each WOC. Contractor shall endeavor to ensure that the Project will be completed on time, within budget, and will meet ODOT’s objectives for the WOC. TASKS: Actual Project work tasks may include but are not limited to some or all of the following areas: Project coordination; Project development; Project administration; Quality Assurance/Quality Control (“QA/QC”) procedures; Subcontractor management and coordination; Oversight of Contractor’s WOC performance; Project management, which may include but is not limited to: determine the nature and specifics of the Project; develop Project goals and objectives in cooperation with ODOT; determine necessary work products and schedules; establish QA&QC processes; maintain project records; coordinate work with stakeholders and others; and manage resources as necessary to successfully complete each WOC Project. Progress reports which must include at a minimum - project status by Task breakdown and percent complete; and may include schedule changes, work products, proposed scope changes, team personnel changes, unanticipated problems, any issues that will delay the delivery schedule, and other relevant events or information as applicable. Maintain all Project records as required by law and the WOC. All Project records must be stored on Agency’s network. The Project file must be available for ODOT review upon request during the Project.
