Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor will: 4.1. Provide continuity in scheduling, and publishing codification or ordinances on a quarterly basis. 4.2. Ensure proper styled catchlines, and uniformly spelled, capitalized, and punctuated text, according to the style of code. 4.3. Ensure all appropriate historical references are carried forward. 4.4. Prepare index revisions for each supplement on a replacement page basis to assure the general index to code is current. 4.5. Delete code manuscript that have been repealed. 4.6. Revise the table of contents for each title. 4.7. Provide a hosted internet site that allows search and print from the posted code. 4.8. Provide a link from the County internet site to the County code. 4.9. Review new ordinances to the existing County code against the full code. 4.10. Accomplish all work on replacement pages. 4.11. Transmit hard copies of supplements to the County. 4.12. Assume responsibility for accuracy of duplication and formatting, proofing page replacement, if errors are noted after delivery to the County, return via e-mail, provide a revised corrected copy to the County within three (3) weeks. 4.13. Provide County an pdf file of the code per supplement. 4.14. Abide by the terms and conditions provided by Exhibit A: Pima County Application Hosting Terms and Conditions (3 pages)
