Specifications include, but are not limited to: CONTRACTOR shall: A. Comply with all Federal, State, and local legislations, rules, and regulations relating to the provision of services under the terms of a resulting contract. B. Meet all applicable industry standards. C. Comply with all applicable UDC policies and procedures, and joint policies or protocols developed between the CONTRACTOR and UDC. D. Provide staff to complete a research study to determine: 1. Optimal agent workload to include the volume of work duties. 2. The number of offenders an agent with specialized cases can safely supervise. 3. The number of offenders an agent can supervise effectively. 4. Capacity threshold of offenders for all AP&P regions. 5. Time management for high-risk offenders. E. Other duties or outline responsibilities will be added after the award of the contract.
