Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Consultant will compile data from a range of sources to understand the density and diversity of essential community amenities. 2. Develop a ranking system based on the number of amenities within a given area. 3. Develop a GIS dataset and shapefiles for the City. Shapefiles must be editable to accommodate future changes the areas undergo. 4. Address the following essential amenities, including but not limited to: a. Different housing types b. Childcare c. Healthcare and pharmacies d. Education, types and facilities e. Safety f. Green spaces and parks g. Grocery and fresh food h. Commercial and private office buildings i. Retail j. Sidewalks k. Mass transit stop(s) l. Safe bike lanes m. Easy movement for differently abled n. Libraries and digital access o. Tree canopy p. Other
