Specifications include, but are not limited to: Outside Operations o Management of cart fleet and staging o Daily upkeep of driving range including picking balls, and clearing and sanding tees o Maintaining standards of member and guest services. Golf course management o Weekly coordination with superintendent on course conditions, any maintenance issues, upcoming course maintenance needs o Oversight of daily course setup with special attention to tournaments and events o Lead the organization of member and outside tournament operations while working closely with grounds superintendent o Required weekly updates of golf course and golf play news to Department Director Clinics and Jr golf/ Golf Camp o Annual junior clinic o JR PGA league o Ladies clinics, weekly / monthly o Golf Management Team may share revenue from camps or youth clinics offered through Leisure Services Golf lessons o Lessons are encouraged as a service to our members and a draw for public players and possible new members o Club facilities include a driving range with grass and mat tees; upgraded driving range with covered bays equipped with digital technology is expected in 2024. o Course available for playing lessons o Golf Management Team keeps revenue from lessons Pro shop o Responsible for stocking the shop to suit member needs and attract public o Seasonally relevant curated selection of goods o Issuing pro shop credit for most tournaments and leagues o Golf Management Team keeps all revenue from pro shop
