The jobs may include, but are not limited to: - Annual stops on centrifugal, screw, and/or reciprocating chillers. This includes leak testing, changing oil, filter, core dryer and refrigerant filters, calibrating the main switch gear, inspecting the condenser tubes, and providing copy of oil sample. - Diagnostic and trouble-shooting of problems on centrifugal, screw, and/or reciprocating chillers. The successful bidder must have computer diagnostic equipment capable of trouble shooting and programming all McQuay, York, Trane and Carrier equipment operated by the district if available and not proprietary from manufacturer. - Repair centrifugal, screw, and/or reciprocating chillers with certified Journeymen experienced technician with a minimum of 5 years experience. - Other work normally performed by a Mechanical Contractor.
