Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this Request for Quote (RFQ) is to establish a Contract for the Department of Environmental Quality (“DEQ” or “Agency”), Laboratory and Environmental Assessment Division (“Lab”) located in Hillsboro, Oregon for the purchase of laboratory services for the sorting and identification of macroinvertebrate samples and all required supplies and materials necessary to obtain, sort, analyze, preserve, and transport macroinvertebrate samples including laboratory prepared sampling containers, labels, shipping documents, coolers, and Chain-of-Custody/Quality Assurance records, and any goods furnished incidentally thereto for the Department of Environmental Quality (“DEQ” or “Agency”), Laboratory, Water Quality Monitoring Section.
