Specifications include, but are not limited to: Cherokee Nation Businesses, (CNB), a wholly owned tribal company of the Cherokee Nation, is seeking qualified bids for demolition, trenching and installation of a warehouse ramp and overhead door for Pryor Facility. 2777 Highway 69A Pryor, OK 74361 All bids are due at 5:00 PM, December 20, 2023. *** PREBID will be held at Pryor Facility. 2777 Highway 69A Pryor, OK 74361 MEETING AT 1 PM on Monday, December 11, 2023*** Constructing a new concrete ramp, cutting into the existing exterior wall and the installation of 1 new overhead door and exterior covering in accordance with the design documents prepared by MGM Design Group. • Contractor is to provide all labor to haul off demolished materials and debris not useable for backfill. • Contractor is to provide all labor and materials necessary for grading and repairs of sidewalks, drives, drainage, parking areas, disturbed areas, etc. • Area is to have proper compaction and bedding to minimize settlement. • Contractor is responsible for all utility locates. • Contractor is to provide adequate protection to buildings and existing utilities. • Contractor is responsible for any damage to the existing building outside the scope of this project. Selected firm will work with Cherokee Nation Businesses Corporate Construction, Cherokee Nation Businesses Facilities and on-site personnel for access and coordination.
