Specifications include, but are not limited to: Scrap metal dealers, as the purchaser, must be able to enter information about a purchase or acquisition of detached catalytic converter(s) or vehicle(s). The system must assign a unique transaction ID for each purchase/acquisition. The system must allow entry of name and address of dealer purchasing/acquiring the converter or vehicle. The system must allow entry of date and time of the purchase/acquisition. The system must allow entry of date and time the converter or vehicle was received by the dealer. The system must allow entry of amount paid for purchase/acquisition of the converter or vehicle. The system must allow entry of check or electronic transfer number used for the purchase/acquisition. The system must allow entry of the identity or identifier of the employee completing the transaction. The system must allow the employee to digitally sign or upload signature. The system must allow for the upload of a receipt.
