Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Tupelo Convention and Vis- itors Bureau (“Tupelo CVB”) is accepting proposals from well-qualified vendors to support Tupelo CVB’s strategic communications through production agency services. Qualified production agency will have a working knowledge their profession, have the capacity to provide strategic counsel and direction and amplify successes. As the Tupelo CVB’s production agency, the selected select agency and/or company will be responsible for assisting in the development of the Tupelo CVB’s photography and videography assets, and the production of marketing collateral materials for the leisure and niche visitor. Tupelo CVB intends to contract with a qualified production agency to support its continued recovery efforts, stemmed from the nega- tive economic impacts of COVID- 19. This contract will be funded through federal ARPA dollars for Mississippi Tourism Recovery, II, and all applicants must agree to comply with the terms and condi- tions of the standard services con- tract which includes the Coronavirus State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds Addendum and the Mandatory Addendum to all City of Tupelo Contracts.
