Specifications include, but are not limited to: 4.1.1. Contractor must ensure all containers used for the delivery of products ordered by the County are clean, undamaged, color-coded, and in safe operation order. County may refuse delivery of product if items appear to be unsafe, incorrectly color-coded, or not operational as designed. 4.1.2. Contractor must not charge the County demurrage charges for any containers. 4.1.3. Contractor must provide certificate of analysis on every container at time of delivery of container. 4.1.4. Contractor must provide pricing for recertification of gases. 4.1.5. Contractor must provide documentation, product brochures; and safety data sheets (SDS) upon County’s request within fourteen (14) business days. 4.1.6. Daily rental charges for containers will start on day of delivery as day one (1) and will end two (2) calendar days after the day the county notifies the contractor, by email, a container is ready for pick-up.
