Specifications include, but are not limited to: a. Analyze KWCD's current self-insurance security determination formula and each risk element that is applied to every self-insurance permit application. b. Recommend any changes to KWCD self-insurance security determination formula, if any. c. Optional on-site visit to meet with staff and review self-insurance security determination process, analysis, and collect needed data. d. Monthly written update reports of progress, status, hours dedicated to specific tasks per staff. e. Deliver a closeout final written report no later than 9-12 months from beginning of contract.
