Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1) construct a triplex wastewater pump station with pile foundation and 12’ dia. fiberglass wet well, including above deck flanged DI discharge manifold pipe and fittings with restrained joint MJ bends to connect to PVC force main, 2) install 200 LF of unrestrained joint and 1000 LF of restrained joint 20” AWWA C900 DR18 PVC force main with restrained joint DI MJ fittings, 3) install 9570 LF of 20” DIPS DR11 HDPE force main via HDD, 4) various electrical improvements including new control panels with VFDs, 5) on-site natural gas fueled electrical generator, 6) install eleven (11) - air release valves on the new 20-inch sewer force main, 7) construct a new 6 ft dia. manhole with influent force main connections and 24” dia. DI gravity sewer between new MH and the new pump station, and 8) tie new 20” HDPE force main to the existing 20” PVC force main near US61 with a hot tap and required restrained joint fittings.
