Specifications include, but are not limited to: The vendor will be required to provide uniforms shirts, hats, sweatshirts, jackets and coats and all embroidery on items as required. The uniforms are divided into the following categories: 1. HOURLY/GRAFFITI ABATEMENT PROGRAM: a. Hats, painter coveralls for GRAFFITI, shirts, sweatshirts, coats, coveralls. b. The items available for selection start on page 4 of this document. These are the only items that can be ordered with the $200.00 uniform allotment per person per year. 2. OFFICE STAFF/PART TIME STAFF and MANAGEMENT: a. Hats, t-shirts, dress shirts, polo’s sweatshirts, coats, jackets b. Bidder shall provide City with access to multiple manufactures of clothing carried by your Business. c. Persons in this category are not restricted to the same uniform choices that the HOURLY/GRAFFITI The intent of this contract is for the successful bidder to provide an online store where these items for each category of people can be purchased. The uniforms purchased must then be shipped to the appropriate work locations for each individual ordering uniforms. The website shall be capable of limiting the purchasing of each individual to their approved allotment of money and approved items. Any items purchased that exceed the allotment must be paid for by the individual employee using a credit or debit card. The website shall show pictures of, descriptions, and pricing of each item available for purchase. The vendor will provide the city with sample items in both men’s and women’s in the various sizes of each item listed on page 4 of this document. These samples will be returned at the end of the contract. If a vendor cannot provide the online store, the vendor will be required to come to each yard location and take the uniform orders.
