Specifications include, but are not limited to: perform light trimming and small tree removals in designated common areas within and adjacent to the Willow Wood Subdivision (hereinafter referred to as “WW”). This solicitation will contain the same language and will be the basis for the eventual contract specifications of the same name. In this document, the term “Bidder” will generally be used to describe those aspects which will be of concern during the bidding process and that pertain more so to; bidders, the bidding process or to those companies who are or may become, potential contractors. In this document, the term “Contractor” will generally be used to describe those aspects which will be of concern after the bidding process has ended and which pertain more so to the company which is awarded the contract. The areas to be worked on are designated by GPS points (hereinafter referred to as “points”) in the attached map, labeled “Willow Wood Reclamation Points Map 2024” (hereinafter referred to as “the map”). There are roughly 200 points on the map. The map is available in PDF form but is most easily viewed online, in an interactive format, allowing bidders to read work planner’s notes and view photos.
