Specifications include, but are not limited to: a. New Storefront Entrances (2) i. Black paneled windows and doors ii. Energy Efficient and double paned b. Black Imperial Marquee Awnings with 8"- Wide Flat Panels (3) to go over windows and doors. i. East Side of the building- One awning to go over door, and one over the windows. Removal of old awning, patch and paint as needed. ii. West Side of the building- one awning to go over both windows and door. c. New cabinet sign on West Side to match the existing sign (style & size) on the East side of the building. i. Dispose of existing signage on the west side of the building. d. Power Wash, Repair (as needed), and paint the exterior of the building. i. Remove graffiti on the South Side of the building. ii. Paint the West Side of the building to match the east side of the building. iii. Do not paint unpainted brick. e. Exterior lighting i. (4) LED wall pack lights to be installed. f. Replace south facing windows (4) with glass blocks. i. Including the removal of security gates where applicable. g. Cover existing sub fascia with 1x wood sub fascia. 1. Cover with dark grey soffit and fascia. 2. Install 6” dark grey rain gutters with downspouts- one on the east and west side of the building, h. Replace west side windows (2) with glass blocks (south end windows). i. Including the removal of security gates where applicable. i. Replace west side windows (2) with black polycarbonate window panels (north end windows).
