Specifications include, but are not limited to: a. Install downspout on the Northwest corner of the building to prevent water damage to the building. b. Exterior Mural i. To be painted by Black Rabbit Studio- Katrina Parkinson (801) 651-4056. ii. North side of building, mural will be approximately 90’ x 20’ c. Cinderblock (North Side of the building) i. Cleaned and repaired as needed prior to the mural being painted. d. Storefront Entrances (2) i. Oromian Storefront- Replace single door entrance with double door entrance. 1. Color: Black 2. Commercial grade Doors 3. Locking mechanism- top and bottom flush bolts in addition to regular deadbolt in the middle of the door. 4. Natural wood siding and metal to match existing window casing. ii. Chaltu Storefront - Replace double door entrance with new doors that are black and commercial grade. e. Signage (2 signs) i. Approximately 20’ x 10’ ii. Sign 1- design work to be provided by owner. iii. Sign 2- design work to be provided by owner. iv. Signs will be placed on the existing billboard erected from the building (North and South facing). v. Electrical fixed to billboard. f. Black Metal Awnings (3) i. Over existing window openings 1. 12’ wide x 3’ depth
