Specifications include, but are not limited to: a. Mural i. Large mural painted on the East exterior wall; wall is 20’ tall x 90’ long. Business owner to approve artwork. Preference to have Josh Scheurman (801.548.4743) do the artwork. A quote will be provided at the pre-bid meeting. ii. Brick will need to be primed grey prior to mural application Preference to have Elevated Enamels complete the primer painting. b. ADA Entrance Enhancement i. Provide all electrical and mechanical components to make double doors operate with electric button access. The building is completely ADA accessible, but we would like to ease the access by providing electric door actuators. c. Exterior Painting i. All aluminum cladding on the front of building to be painted black to match garage door. ii. Apply vinyl stickers to upstairs windows to conceal office space upstairs. Vinyl artwork to be submitted for approval prior to application and fit with outdoor theme at brewery. iii. Paint topographical lines across the front of building. iv. Paint corrugated galvanized steel above garage door to match. d. Electrical i. Add 30-amp breaker from existing panel at south end of building and run power in conduit to north end of building. 30-amp dedicated outlet for food trucks. Needs to be switched indoors, as current outlets are switched. The preferred vendor is Ace Electrical, they have already examined the available power and provided quotes in the past for other work. e. Exterior Shade i. Provide additional shade on patio, make it easier move shade sails. Add welded steel rails at 12 - 14 feet elevation, secured to building and northern most rail, to be used to secure shade sales. Refer to associated drawings.
