Specifications include, but are not limited to: UTA wants to engage a contractor to perform Transit Infrastructure design, construction, maintenance, and repair work on UTA’s transit system beyond UTA personnel’s ability to perform. The work will be on an on-call basis during the term of the contract, but the volume of work is large enough to require two full-time contractor personnel (an Infrastructure Project Manager, and Infrastructure Superintendent) to manage the work. It is anticipated that the project manager and superintendent will be required to maintain an on-site presence and will share office space with UTA’s staff at a UTA office building. Contractor will also be required to have the ability to contract with qualified design firm to supply UTA with Design needs as requested.
