Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Board of Regents of The University of Oklahoma on behalf of the Athletics Department (“University”) is seeking proposals with a reputable and responsible firm for an exclusive concessions and catering partner to provide a world class experience to University fans at athletic facilities. Respondents shall provide foodservice, including, but not limited to Concessions, Premium Area Suites, Clubs, Loge Boxes, and Catering and alcoholic beverage sales for relevant athletic events and non-athletic events. Suppliers shall have experience in developing, managing, and organizing professionally run concessions and catering operations in support of college athletic departments, professional sports organizations, and/or other similar organizations. University is open to creative financial models that maximize revenue and profitability while placing a high emphasis on customer satisfaction. University is also open to creative and imaginative deal and business structures that are cutting edge with an emphasis on the future of concessions and catering operations.
