Specifications include, but are not limited to: The scope of the work for the existing vacant tenant space at 1336 East Main Street (Unit #4) will consist of a landlord fit-out for future Business use tenant. The work shall include demising the space to provide: • Two (2) private offices • A conference space • An open office area • A new bathroom with full ADA compliance and new fixtures and plumbing • Kitchenette with new cabinetry to allow for office break area The construction will consist of: • All new non-combustible walls • New acoustical ceiling with the new LED lighting • All electrical work including the 20 Amp outlets (approx. 40 outlets) • Low voltage/network wiring • Paint, installation of carpet tiles • Glass doors and hardware in each office and bathroom door • Spaces will be supplied with the new HVAC distribution per the new wall layout, which includes: new supply trunk, new return ductwork, tire up lines for hanging, final hanging of flex and registers, supply 2x2 lay in 4 way diffusers, return 2x2 lay in return grills including central grills, start up and balancing after new ductwork is installed, and clean up during and after work • Install one (1) 48x96 two sided cabinet with LED digital display on each side o The existing sign cabinet will be moved up and the LED digital display will be located below the existing sign cabinet. The minimum resolution of the LED is 10mm. LEDs are RGBW. Exterior Site Work 1. Catch Basins, underground infiltrators 2. Perform a limited field survey to locate existing conditions (topography, spot elevations, drainage system, etc) 3. Prepare a hydraulic/gutter line analysis 4. Provide erosion control plan 5. Provide a detail sheet (City of Meriden Standards) 6. Stakeout services 7. Prepare final as-built drawing as needed
