Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Judiciary has an estimated 100 purchase of services contracts which provide critical health and human services programs to the Judiciary, State of Hawaii. The Judiciary is soliciting proposals from qualified firms for an actuarial analysis that will define the “true cost” of services based on the current market rate; analysis shall address increases in inflation and the cost of living. The actuarial study performed by the Offeror shall include, but not limited to: • Provide information to address increases in inflation and the cost of living • Amount of funds the Judiciary should have available for each critical health and human services programs in order to adequately cover the total cost of program and service delivery • Impact of underfunded critical health and human services programs
