Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1) The contractor shall remove 121 identified trees. These trees shall be marked prior to pre-bid meeting. The contractor shall trim limbs along the cart paths throughout the course. 2) The contractor shall grind 100 stumps on each tree to 4 inches sub-grade. The contractor shall remove 21 stumps and backfill hole with suitable topsoil if it does not interfere with fairways and greens. 3) The contractor shall chip and blow all trimmings into wood line. Any logs suitable for reuse as lumber shall be moved to designated staging area. All logs not suitable shall be removed from park property. 4) The contractor shall use caution to limit soil disruption and shall be responsible for recovering any disruption to its original condition including, but not limited to, providing 250 cubic yards of top soil to backfill stump removal area.
