Specifications include, but are not limited to: New construction of approximately 115,000 square feet and renovation of approximately 52,000 square feet. Project includes a multi-building TCAT campus, site development, parking areas, drives, and infrastructure improvements. The buildings will consist of educational spaces to accommodate technical college academic programs, workforce simulation training, and required support spaces. Spaces include flexible high-bay and standard height training labs, classrooms, administrative space, and staff and storage and support spaces. The project includes demolition of vacated buildings and abandoned utilities, and adaptation of space for parking, sidewalks, and green space. The college will occupy this campus throughout the project.
