Specifications include, but are not limited to: The contractor will provide accurate, cost effective, and timely laboratory analyses of samples collected during Utah Occupational Safety and Health (UOSH) compliance inspections. The contractor will provide all supplies necessary for the proper collection and submission of samples for testing and for assuring defensibility of the results obtained. The contractor agrees to provide analysis and sample results in a timely manner to UOSH, on occasion within 24 hours. The contractor will track all samples with a Chain of Custody control form. The form will include all necessary information, e.g., name of recipient, time date, department, etc. The contractor will ensure that all testing is tied to the chain of custody form and tracked according to industry standards. Although expected to be rare, the contractor will have technical and support staff available for phone consultation regarding any results, test explanations, or general opinion, during normal business hours at no additional cost.
