Specifications include, but are not limited to: The County of Kenosha Wisconsin (County), through its Purchasing Division (Purchasing), requests bids to establish a contract to replace garage doors and openers at the Kenosha County Highway Division, 19600 75th Street, Bristol, WI 53104. 14.1 Remove carefully the old and provide, install, and make operational new overhead door openers LiftMaster model GH103L5 1HP 480v 3 phase or equivalent door openers on doors G15, G18, and G21. 14.2 Remove carefully the old and provide, install, and make operational new 9 section doubled sided, steel overhead doors CHI 3236 20'2" X 18' insulated R-Value 26.89, white, 3" thick with the #3 section (third section from the bottom) to have 5 plain (DSB) ¾" Insulated glass windows or equivalent on doors G15, G18, and G21. 14.3 Remove carefully the old and provide, install, and make operational new vertical and horizontal sections of 3" 12 gauge steel overhead door track on both right and left sides on doors G15, G18, and G21. 14.4 Remove carefully the old and provide, install, and make operational new 100,000 cycle spring assemblies and torsion bars, all door hardware, all top, both side and bottom seals, and all lift cables on doors G15, G18, and G21. Rollers shall be 10 ball bearing, case hardened steel tire, and solid shaft. 14.5 Remove carefully the old and provide, install, and make operational new 3 button control stations, Telectron PBS-3 or equivalent on doors G15, G18, and G21. 14.6 Remove carefully the old photo eye systems and provide, install, and make operational new door electronic eyes Liftmaster Light Curtain LC36M on doors G15, G18, and G21. 14.7 Reconnect and make operational the existing air hose system on door G15 14.8 Provide, install, and make operational override switches at the 3 button control stations to override the photo eye systems and hold overhead doors in the open position on doors G15, G18, and G21. 14.9 Provide all electrical work (120 Volt or lower) on all doors. 14.10 Electrical work shall be provided by the Kenosha County electrician (480 volts single or multi-phase or higher) on all door openers only. 14.11 All old openers and high cycle springs to be retained by Kenosha County from all doors.
