Specifications include, but are not limited to: : Proposing companies shall have experience in pickleball court design and installation projects, have an office or representative and construction crew within 100 miles of LaGrange, KY and have been in business for at least 3 years. Project Outline / Vision: To design and installation of two new pickleball courts that are safe and inviting to players. Project Requirements: The proposal shall include all necessary work for a turn-key project, including design, procurement, and installation of the scope of work concept outlined below. This includes, but is not limited to: 1) Prepare subgrade as needed. 2) Relocate excavated soil (possibly to another on property designated by Parks Director). 3) Install 6” KYDOT dense graded aggregate or concrete (4,500 square feet). 4) Seal surface. 5) 2-1/4” KHEAA Athletic Surface. 6) Install 8’ black vinyl fence around perimeter of courts. 7) Install 1 gate on east side of courts. 8) Install new posts, nets and center anchors and straps. 9) Paint pickleball lines on both courts Overall Outcome: Installation of two new pickleball courts for safe and inviting pickleball play.
