Specifications include, but are not limited to: Approximately 71,200 gross square feet of new building construction, site development, parking areas, drives and infrastructure improvements. Buildings will include high bay training spaces, laboratories, classrooms, and administrative, student, and support spaces to accommodate college academic programs and work simulation training. The project includes demolition of vacated buildings, and demolition and reconfiguration of existing utilities. The building will consist of educational spaces to accommodate technical college and community college academic programs and required support spaces. Spaces will include, but not limited to, both high and standard ceiling height laboratories, classrooms, covered storage, faculty, staff, and student support spaces. Laboratories will be designed to simulate a work environment for the practical applications of instruction and skill.
