Specifications include, but are not limited to: Project scope includes approximately 70,000 gross square feet of new building construction, site development, parking areas, drives and infrastructure improvements. The new construction consists of two buildings and two additions to existing buildings. The building will consist of educational spaces to accommodate technical college academic programs and required support spaces. Spaces will include, but not limited to, both high and standard ceiling height laboratories, classrooms, covered storage, faculty, staff, and student support spaces. Laboratories will be designed to simulate a work environment for the practical applications of instruction and skill. Project may include planning for future expansion. This project will include multiple phases and early release of multiple construction documents and equipment procurement packages.
