Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. The services requested of the Consultant are outlined in this section of the RFP, which details the scope, the responsibilities, and deliverables of each task. The tasks are not mutually exclusive, as the information and results of one task may precede, or are developed in conjunction with, the successor tasks. B. The Plan?s content will be developed with the input of the Indiana Department of Transportation and other Stakeholders as deemed necessary. Input will also be sought from the Class I, Regional, and Short Line railroads, MPO?s, RPO?s, local task forces, community alliances and other organizations identified by INDOT or the Indiana Economic Development Corporation (IEDC). C. The Plan must be consistent in fulfilling the requirements of Title 49, Part 266.15 - Requirements for a State Rail Plan - in the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR). In addition to fulfilling these requirements, the Plan will include points laid out in the full RFP.
