The system must be flexible in terms of programming and scheduling while rigorous and accurate in terms of financials and documentation. The system must be scalable to accommodate growth and must be able to handle peak volume demand. In order to attract and maintain students, the user interface must be attractive, user-friendly and consistent with the UMS/USM brand and current ADA standards. The Respondent’s solution must interface with the University’s current payment solution, TouchNet which is provided through TouchNet Information Systems, Inc. Specific requirements for the solution are provided in Appendix H – Solution Requirements Matrix. The solution will at a minimum support requirements for the USM/OLLI operation.
