Specifications include, but are not limited to: A.Technical SpecificationsVendors must meet the following requirements to provide service to RIPTA:1.Vendor must be available 365 days per year to perform service(inclusive of weekends and holidays if directed by RIPTA).2.Vendor must be available to provide service to RIPTA within twenty-four(24) hours of the request to perform the service for normal (non-emergency) service or establish an agreeable schedule with RIPTA.3.Vendor must be available to performemergencyservice within fourhours of the request from RIPTA staff.4.Vendor must have sufficient stock of parts available to repairpetroleum-based product storage and distribution systems in a timelymanner.5.Vendor must have sufficient personnel on staff to perform all necessaryrepair work to the petroleum-based product storage and distributionsystems as directed by RIPTA Maintenance.6.Vendor must have all necessary equipment to perform any repairs.RIPTAwill not provideany tools, equipment, or personnel. Vendor mustprovide all necessary ladders, elevating platforms etc.7.Vendor must have a minimum of 5 years petroleum-based product storage and distribution Systems installation and repair experience.8.Vendor must be licensed as required by the General Laws of the State of Rhode Island.9.All technicians/service personnel utilized by the vendor must be licensed as required by the General Laws of the State of Rhode Island.10.Repair work will be scheduled by RIPTA staff.
