Specifications include, but are not limited to: This item includes Construction Contract R-45212 (Lead DES 2301146) and R-45214 (Lead DES 2301149). The selected firm will perform preliminary engineering and plan development services necessary to produce construction contract documents for multiple slide correction projects. The selected firm shall provide the following services: Engineer's Report, Environmental Document Preparation, Topographic Survey, Design & Plan Development, Permits, Right-of-Way Plan Development, Title Research, R/W Engineering & Staking, Real Estate Services, Utility Coordination, Pavement Design, Construction Phase Services. Karst Studies may be included later if it becomes necessary. Geotechnical reports will be provided. See the attached Abbreviated Engineer's Reports. The INDOT Project Manager and the Consultant will schedule the Scoping Meeting within two (2) weeks of the Notice of Selection. The selected consultant's fee proposal shall be due 45 calendar days after the selection date for this RFP item. These contracts will utilize the INDOT eInvoice application.
