Specifications include, but are not limited to: The selected firm will also be responsible for: Complex Traffic Capacity and Operations Analysis, Traffic Safety Analysis, Environmental Document - EA, Environmental Document - Section 4(f),Permit Applications, Noise Analysis, Phase 1 ESA analysis, Archaeological Investigations, Historical/Architectural Investigation, Topographic Survey, Geotechnical Engineering, Design and Plan Development, Signal and Signal System Design, Lighting Design, Roadway Sign Design, Right-of-Way Project Management and Acquisition services, Right-of-Way Plan Development (Engineering and Staking), Right-of-Way Title Research, Right-of-Way Appraising and Appraisal Review, Right-of-Way Negotiation, Utility Coordination, Railroad Coordination, Pavement Design, Small Structure and Pipe Hydraulic Design, Storm Sewer and Detention Design, Construction Phase Services, and other related services as needed. Other services such as Right-of-Way Closing, Right-of-Way Relocation, Ecological Surveys, Wetland Mitigation, and Subsurface Utility Exploration (SUE) may be included later if these work types become necessary.
