Specifications include, but are not limited to: Portland Community College seeks CM/GC services for replacement of Building 2 (B2) located onPCC’sRockCreekCampus.Theproposedprojectwillpartiallyorcompletelyreplacetheexisting180,000 square foot two-storied building. The project will also include participation with the designteam and P&CC staff for campus planning to properly locate new space on campus, as well asparticipation in design and the construction of a new Career Technology Education (CTE) building(s)to house Building Construction Technology and the Automotive Services, Automotive Collision Repair, and Diesel Service programs, which currently reside in Building 2 and the Sylvania Campus. The project will also include site improvements to enhance access and navigability and overallcampus appeal. The renovation will result in a new, welcoming learning environment, something special where students will want to be on campus and work collaboratively with their peers.
