Specifications include, but are not limited to: Overall Objectives • Program to develop restorative systems, structures, & policies that influence student success. • Support implementation of culture interventions, monitor progress and evaluate success. • Support the creation/implementation of a strategic plan that incorporates restorative practices into the organization-wide culture. • Create teaching & discipline strategies to be shared with all staff to support community building and restoration. To include the following, but not limited to: Professional Development • Customized professional learning to serve as an anchor for equity-rooted restorative practices, implementation, and culture-building priorities. • Circle Training or similar activity Customized Support: • Community of Practice to share and develop as restorative practitioners. • Strategic Planning Sessions Requirements • Timeline of all training sessions, events, and/or workshops • Description of all services to be provided.
