Nine Energy is currently the only company that can provide frac plugs that can meet the following criteria: Withstand temperatures of ≥400°F (204°C) and a pressure of 8,000 psi (using water as the test fluid) at 400°F Frac plug has a ball check flow-through design Frac plug must be deployed on wireline using pump-down method Maximum outside diameter (OD) of the plug is 5.55 inches A pump-down wiper ring is provided Must be drillable Frac plugs are engineered mechanical devices that are purpose built for specific conditions and requirements.
