Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. At Northern Regional Jail and Correctional Facility, there is an open concrete structure tank with an existing auger monster system. The open concrete structure was installed about 2012. The existing auger monster system was installed at the same time. This includes the control panel, spiral auger, and muffin monster. B. The control panel is still original and WILL NOT be replaced in this contract. The muffin monster has been replaced since and WILL NOT be replaced in this contract. The existing spiral auger still works, but the there are issues. C. The contractor must replace the auger monster. This includes the AGE3200-285 auger, 45-degree inclination, 304 stainless steel trough and casings, 6 mm perforated screen, 7,290 mm transport segment, bottom discharge nominal 12-inch diameter alloy-steel spiral with nylon brush, 160:1 speed reducer, 2 horsepower TEXP 208-volt/3-phase/60 hertz electric motor, stainless steel spray wash with manual ball valve solenoid. The exterior of the auger monster must come with a winter pack and be wrapped with heat tape. All measurements are approximate. It is the contractor responsibility to verify. The DCR will not be labial for any missed typed measurements. D. The existing auger monster system was manufactured by JWC Environmental, Inc. The new auger monster must be able to be operated by the existing control panel.
