Specifications include, but are not limited to: Demolishing blended sludge piping and valves and providing new blended sludge piping and valves, demolishing and providing a new pre-heat tube-in-tube blended sludge heat exchanger, demolishing digester sludge piping and valves and providing new sludge piping and valves, rehabilitating two (2) primary digester tube-in-tube heat exchangers, and demolishing aluminum cladding on the blended sludge tank and providing a new TPO roof and pre-finished metal wall panels, installing a new ladder and railing on the blended sludge tank and other items described in the Bidding Documents for the Wastewater Treatment Plant Sludge Piping & Digester Heat Exchangers Replacement Project complete and operational for the City of Appleton, Department of Utilities, Calumet, Outagamie & Winnebago Counties, Wisconsin.
