Specifications include, but are not limited to: Salt Lake County, on behalf of its Zoo, Arts & Parks Program, “County” is soliciting proposals from qualified firms “Proposer/Consultant” to provide assistance to Zoo, Arts & Parks Program (ZAP) Tier II grantees (smaller arts and culture nonprofit organizations) focused on business and industry sector capacity building. The contractor(s) will connect with ZAP Tier II grantees through the ZAP Impact Program to offer services or direct resources for topics related to nonprofit board management, grant writing, bookkeeping, scaled marketing, volunteer and/or (artistic) production management, and other capacity building services (additional examples listed below). Proposers do not need to provide all of the services listed, but can offer any one or more services listed.
