Specifications include, but are not limited to: Nebo School District (the “School District”) is accepting Statements of Qualifications (“SOQ”) from qualified and licensed General Contractors (the “General Contractors”) for the school building addition at Landmark High School located in Spanish Fork, Utah (the “Project”). The Project will consist of constructing a building addition that includes 20 new standard classrooms, a new science classroom, and a Teen Center. The Teen Center will include laundry and shower facilities, a pantry, as well as a kitchenette and study rooms. This project includes approximately 28,000 square feet of new construction and will have approximately 2,500 SF of remodel work. The addition will also include an air handler room that will serve the new addition. A new secure vestibule at the main entrance will also be included in the scope of this project. The existing building is a two-story load bearing masonry building and the addition will also be two-story and of similar construction type. Site work includes relocating the existing fire lane, a new parking lot of approximately 50 stalls, relocating the existing electrical service, and the re-route of other various site utilities.
