Specifications include, but are not limited to: • The software solution will be accessed by departmental staff and used for supplying data for resource planning and employee deployment requirements. • The software solution must have a user-friendly, intuitive graphical user interface that can be learned quickly by non-IT users. • The software solution must have the capability to manage protected leave and reasonable accommodation cases across multiple regulatory and policy mandates. Included with case documentation creation is the authority to determine who can create, view and modify data within a record. • Built-in electronic forms must be included in the software solution. The forms shall be customizable to meet SAMTD’s business needs as well as complying with federal and state requirements. Forms shall have the capacity to create, review, approve, and publish action plans. Proposed product should have intuitive workflow aspects to move items through the various phases with archival functions for older reports. • The software solution must be offered as a subscription with unlimited updates as regulatory and operational needs change. Fields in the system shall have the option to modify or overwrite base information including adding/deleting/changing data fields and labels; create and modify displays/ views, reports and menus within the solution; and meet business needs without assistance from the contractor.
