Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Port of Hood River is in the process of updating its 10-year Capital Improvements Plan (CIP). As the owner of ten buildings at various ages in different states of condition, a full Facility Inspection Survey is needed to update the CIP model and schedule capital improvements for the next ten years. The following (but not limited to) systems are required to be inspected and assessed for the estimated remaining lifespan and estimated replacement value in 2023/24 dollars for each building, where applicable.
