Specifications include, but are not limited to: The scope of this RFP includes all products and services necessary for eradication of Sudden Oak Death (SOD) pathogen. The Contractor shall furnish all qualified personnel, labor, supervision, services, materials, equipment, tools, supplies, transportation and other essential items in conformance with the specifications, terms and conditions as outlined herein. The Contractor must provide an ISA Certified Arborist to perform services under this Contract. Crew size required to complete the work will range from 1 to 4 people, depending on the specific project to be completed. Agency estimates that 10 - 25 days will be needed for SOD treatment in the first year. The number of acres treated for SOD treatment in potential renewal years will be determined by need. The project involves the cutting of trees and shrubs on the Southern Oregon Coast, generally between Brookings and Port Orford, Oregon, as required by this Contract. If Contractor is appropriately licensed with a Commercial Pesticide Applicator License with the forest or right of way category endorsement, herbicide application may be ordered. As requested by Agency, loading and transporting of woody material to an off-site location may be ordered.
