(Gambrel Attic Area needs to be measured for actual dimensions). • Building Permit fees are not applicable to this Project. • Project is Tax Exempt and non-Wage Scale. • Bidder shall have a current License from the State of CT Dept. of Consumer Protection. • Insurance Certificate (Town of Lebanon Certificate Holder) shall be submitted with Bid. a. General Liability: $1,000,000 per Occurrence b. Automobile Liability: $1,000,000 per Occurrence c.
