Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor shall provide professional design services for upgrades, replacement, and repairs of the HVAC systems at the Sheldon Jackson Museum, located at 104 College Drive, Sitka, Alaska. The general scope of work includes replacement and/or repair of original HVAC Equipment in the Mechanical Room and associated pad outside to provide the independent control of 3 separate zones within the facility using the existing remote desktop control system. Services include architectural and engineering (structural, mechanical, and electrical), cost estimating, applicable hazmat/environmental, and IBC services related to planning, design, and construction administration assistance.
