Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Remove and retain window surrounds, handrails, fixtures, breakout tools, artwork etc. for reinstallation after laminate work. 2. Remove emergency signs on surfaces receiving new laminate and return to ARRC. Signs to be replaced by ARRC. 3. Demo existing carpet wall coverings per drawings. a. CAUTION: Care must be taken to prevent delaminating sheet metal facing from the existing wall substrate during carpet demo. 4. Install new WF1 Formica 920-58 ‘Almond’ HPL per drawings. 5. Install new WF2 Formica M2178 ‘Brushed Stainless Steel’ HPL and 1/16” aluminum Jcap trim per drawings. 6. Remove and discard decayed laminated plywood lower level hallway wall and ceiling panels as indicated in drawings. 7. Fabricate and install ½” cabinet grade plywood lower level hallway wall and ceiling panels laminated with WF1 finish surface. 8. Trim all new work with 1/8” raw aluminum flat bar or angle trim, fastened with new stainless steel dome headed sheet metal screws. 9. Remove and discard existing lavatory solid surface counters and backsplashes (2 places). 10. Fabricate and install new solid surface lavatory counters and backsplashes (2 places) from Dupont Corian in color ‘Aurora’.
