Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Alaska Housing Finance Corporation (AHFC) is seeking bids for as-needed on-callmechanical & plumbing services for AHFC owned/operated facilities within the Anchorage area as outlined inthe attached Summary of Work and attachments. Contractor to provide as-needed on-call mechanical & plumbing services for AHFC owned/operated facilities within the Anchorage area. Contractor shall provide services as requested by AHFC for the assessment, repair, replacement, addition, and/or otherwise identified modification of HVAC and Plumbing Systems, System Components, and/orAncillary Equipment. Equipment is typical of similar construction, and may include, but is notlimited to: thermostats, couplings, pumps, fans, expansion tanks, hose bibs,water hammer arrestors, sump pumps, air separators, water closets, lavatories, sinks, heating and domestic water supply and distribution system(s),sewage system components, ventilation, heating, air conditioning, and domestic hot water. Activity under this contract will include all AHFC owned/operated properties within the Anchorage area, as well as those located Seward and Wasilla. Work will primarily take place in the Anchorage area. Work at additional properties within the AHFC portfolio may be added through the Request forProposal, Bid, Change Order process.
