Specifications include, but are not limited to: Base Proposal 1: Plumbing Services: Mechanical Contractor agrees to perform any or all (but not limited to) of the following services which will be specified on individual Delivery Orders. - Medical Gas and Vacuum - Waste Water Systems - Ventilation - Domestic Water Systems - Heating Systems - Chilling Systems - Cutting, welding, brazing, soldering, threading - HDPE pipe work - Aquatherm (or equal technologies) - Victaulic - Fuel Systems - Irrigation Systems - Backflow prevention - Boiler Work; Base Proposal 2: HVAC Services: Manufacture, fabrication, assembling, handling, installation, dismantling, conditioning, adjustment, alteration, repairing and servicing of all ferrous or nonferrous metal work and all other materials used in lieu thereof in HVAC systems. - Installation of HVAC Equipment with connections, seismic brazing and other attachments. - Insulation - Testing and balancing of all air-handling equipment and ductwork - Controls - The preparation of all shop and field sketches, whether manually drawn or computer assisted, used in fabrication and erection, including those taken from original mechanical and engineering drawings; Base Plus Proposal: Plumbing and HVAC Services: All the services outlined in Base Proposal 1 and 2.
