Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to establish a Statewide Contract, which will provide a rebate for iron-fortified infant milk-based and soy-based formulas in all physical forms (liquid concentrate, powder, and ready-to-feed) in their contract brand infant formula product line through the State Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children (WIC)retail distribution system. The Contractor must provide a rebate for soy-based infant formula and will subcontract with another manufacturer if the Contractor does not manufacture the product line. In this case, any soy-based infant formula that is subcontracted is also considered a contract brand infant formula and will be rebated.
